Information on eligibility

We are happy to financially support your participation in EDF 2012 if you are

1. a representative of an SME,
2. OR a participant of the hackathon and
3. NOT ALREADY funded by an EU source related to the topic of the event.

Information on reimbursable costs

We will reimburse transportation costs, e.g. air fare, train tickets, up to a reasonable maximum amount. Decisions on reimbursement will be made on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve/reject any application without providing reasons.

Information on application procedure

1. Register for the conference, http://www.data-forum.eu/registration
2. Send an "application for financial travel support" email to alice.carpentier@sti2.at. The email needs to include
   • an estimation of the expected total amount of your transportation costs,
   • a brief justification that no other funds are available and
   • the envisioned dates and route to be traveled.
3. You will be informed whether your application was approved/rejected, within one week after receipt.
